I started by making the base 8 inches in diameter and 18 inches tall. For the tubes i made a sketch on a plane midway through the base, i drew to lines connecting at an arc which connected to the small tube already in place. I made one line longer and one shorter according to the reference. i than made a plane right at where one of the lines ended and made a circle from that center. I then used sweep and shell for that tube shape. For the light spheres i made a sketch on that same half way plane of a half circle and used revolve and shell. I lastly changed the materials to gold, granite, and glass
