I've created a Bushed Powerlifting Barbell designed to standard dimeio attached in one of the images. The main dimeio of interest are as follows: a 29mm Shaft Outer Diameter and a Total Length of 2200mm. There are two different models available:1] Smooth Model - No knurling2] Knurled ModelI should note that the knurled model requires a significant amount of RAM, approximately 6GB just being opened. However, it does have a visually appealing design. The knurling closely adheres to the specified dimeio, albeit with slight variatio of fractio of millimete. Realistically, these dimeio are not overly strict and are just ideal. Both models encompass all internal components for a Bushed Barbell setup, including washe, shims, end caps, bronze bushings, half moo, and circlips, along with associated grooves for proper fitting. Although I couldn't find precise dimeio for the internal components, nor could I easily find a source online for obtaining these components, so I made a few assumptio to create the internal components (H11 clearance and overall dimeio). I believe the models could function effectively in reality; however, I welcome any suggestio or alteratio you may have. Please feel free to leave a comment—I'm interested in hearing what you think.Overall, this was one of the more time-couming models I've created. Finding dimeio online especially for the internal components proved to be a significant challenge, and the knurling model was causing a bottleneck for my PC. I was always going to try to figure out how to create joints and drives in Fusion to allow the sleeve to spin, however, I've spent too long on this and want to move on.
