Fixture - 532 Raising The Parts

Many prts, especially those running drilling or tapping operatio, are raised on a plate to a fixed stop. This enables a drill press set to allow a drill to drill the part to a specified depth to perform the operation accurately. Any possibility of unintentionally drilling too shallow a hole is eliminated.Some desig require that the plate on which the part is raised not only be an equalizer but also be prevented from rotating as the part is raised.
